Albania in 7 Days: Tirana and the Southern Coast

This six-night plan assumes arrival and departure through Tirana. It gives two nights to the capital, three to one coastal base and a final night back in Tirana. It is a city-and-sea framework, not a tour of every region.

Day 1: arrive and settle into Tirana

Confirm the transfer and accommodation entrance, then keep the evening nearby. A meal and a short walk can be enough after the flight. Leave a major timed visit for the next day rather than relying on an exact arrival.

Day 2: one complete city day

Choose a cultural visit, a central walk and a food area, with a park or shorter option if useful. Check the chosen venue’s current opening. A full day in the capital can be enjoyable without adding a distant excursion before the following transfer.

Day 3: move to the coast

Travel to the chosen Himarë, Sarandë or Ksamil-area property. Agree the route and any stops beforehand and allow for breaks. Keep the arrival afternoon flexible; use a nearby beach or meal only if convenient rather than reserving an activity with a fixed departure.

Days 4–5: beach time and a local outing

Use one day for a beach suited to the group and another for a nearby interest or an arranged activity. Keep the order flexible according to conditions. A boat outing is optional and needs its own operating confirmation and change arrangements.

Day 6: return to Tirana

Return with a suitable margin and spend the night in the capital. Confirm the correct hotel and the next airport journey. If you arrive early, enjoy a local walk or the meal you missed; avoid making an essential event depend on an exact road arrival.

Day 7: depart according to the flight

Work from the actual flight and airline arrival guidance. A morning departure may leave no city time. If extending the visit, add nights or build a separate heritage or mountain leg rather than shortening every existing stop to fit another region.
